Reporting to the Group BI Manager, this role takes responsibility for providing a consistent layer of BI applications and developing these applications further to support effective decision making across the business.
In line with WesTrac’s Reporting and Analysis Strategy this role will be responsible for:
- Collating and reporting key business metrics for WA
- Reporting design
- Data capture
- Business analysis
- Process investigation
- Stakeholder support to BI user community within westrac on how to make the best use of our data and reporting solutions.
To apply it is ESSENTIAL you possess:
- Tertiary Qualification in Finance / IT related or other related discipline – degree or qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with BI software development methodology, software products and Web Platforms
- Demonstrated capability to perform reporting requirements for a large complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of System Design principle and practices
- Excellent hands on knowledge of Power BI
- Demonstrated experience in Data modelling with MS SQL data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills, (written, verbal and interpersonal) and demonstrated presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
