Join this well known company based near Pennant Hills to help support them during their busy period.  The role will be a part of a dynamic team with responsibilities across Australia providing support to their branches. 

To be successful in this role you will need to be customer focused,  a team player, have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Your days will be kept busy with the following tasks:

  • Incoming calls and emails to helpdesk
  • User account setup and modification for their production and booking systems
  • Perform basic network diagnostics e.g.  Ping devices, determine state of network equipment based on front panel lights
  • Perform basic diagnostics with production platforms 
  • Log and resolve faults with Telco
