We build one in every four homes in the South Australian market through our leading brands. We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our motivated and driven team to work on new projects.

Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:-
- Accurately using AutoCAD or similar to deliver clear and concise documentation within required time frames
- Ensure all drawings are completed with 100% accuracy to reflect customer requirements as well as in accordance with Hickinbotham standards
- Responding to client and internal queries in a timely manner
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes:-
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum formal qualifications of Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting (Diploma or higher is an advantage)
- At least 2 years as a Production or Design Drafter with a residential construction background
- A sound understanding and practical application of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD or Revit software is essential
- A demonstrated ability to produce accurate and precise drawings
- An understanding of the residential home building and construction process
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
