ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This highly successful and reputable studio has become synonymous with new-age design and outstanding customer service. The studio has strong project pipelines in a range of different sectors, most particularly in Multi-Residential and Mixed-use projects. The offices is located in Melbourne's South just minutes from the CBD, close to public transport, and has ample surrounding parking.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

This position is ideal for a self-sufficient and passionate Project Architect looking for a senior or second-in-charge role. You will manage both projects ad teams, and be heavily involved with Clients, seeing project through from early design to delivery. Seniors in this studio work alongside the wider team in a collaborative and flat structure approach. 

DUTIES.

• Deliver DA/CC documentation
• Lead and interact with internal/external teams
• Design development and coordinating project delivery
• Liaise with clients, councils, and consultants
• Managing projects, Clients, and internal documentation/design teams

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Registration would be a bonus
• Strong proficiency with ArchiCAD is a must
• Diverse project experience with particular strength in Multi-Residential
• Local experience with outstanding BCA/ResCode knowledge
• Experience working in an autonomous/senior role
