We are seeking a confident person to contribute to the design, development and documentation of residential and multi-dwelling developments.
Award winning design firm friendly environment, lots of work and close to public transport and shops,.
The successful candidate should be able to develop conceptual ideas and produce planning and working drawings efficiently in AutoCAD.
Competency with communication skills to liaise effectively with consultants, authorities and clients is necessary.
The applicant shall require local experience with a sound understanding of Victorian Planning Regs, the National Construction Code and with permit requirements.
The position offered is long term employment to the right applicant. Salary is negotiable and will be based on skill and ability.
