The practice 
Is an award winning Architectural and Interior Design firm that works across a number of disciplines, based in the city fringe of Sydney.
They are a medium - large scale practice known for their design and are looking for someone to help lead the Interiors team for the business.

The role                                                        
You will lead a team of normally 4+ people depending on workload.
You will have some previous experience across hospitality projects and must have experience leading large complex projects.
A very strong designer who has led the conceptualization and delivery of high end interiors projects.
Vibrant and dynamic working environment, leading the interior design team as the company continues to expand globally. 

The skills and experience required for this position include: 

• 10+ years of experience within similar role
• Experience running and mentoring a dynamic team
• Good Hand sketching and CAD ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with client liaising and presenting
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in hospitality is a must
• Previous experience in residential is an advantage but not a deal breaker
