The Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and proactive professional Town Planning Consultants to join our high performing Planning team and be involved in city-shaping projects for a diverse range of private and public sector clients.

In response to the growing needs of our clients, we have recently established an office in Parramatta. As a result of this expansion, there may be also an opportunity on offer for the right person to join our team of cityshapers in Western Sydney.

About You
As a Town Planner your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management;
  • Drafting submissions, proposals and advice for clients;
  • Working alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, to deadlines, within budget and with a commercial outcome; and
  • Assisting in managing projects, scoping and costing of projects, tracking job costs and working to specification

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a combination of the following technical skills, attributes and experience:

  • Strong organisation, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Be passionate about producing insightful and high quality advice;
  • Innovative and strong lateral thinker
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent liaison and interpersonal skills
