Hired as a future director you will have a clear path of promotion through the ranks from Associate Director, into an Equity Directors role.  With your progression based purely on your merit, this role will suit a career focused planner wanting to grow with the company where they will play a pivotal role in the growth of the team and development of the team’s culture.

Having already grown rapidly to 15 people over the last couple of years, and offering services in both planning and design, this company have bold plans to continue their expansion and almost double their team in the next 2 years.  With this growth they have identified the need to appoint another senior team member to their leadership team.

Confident in their pipeline of work and loyalty of their clients, they are seeking a planner who will initially take over managing existing clients by being able to display technical planning depth combined with commercial nous.   As you continue your development into a director’s role your attitude, combined with mentoring from the current leadership team will see you developing your own client base as well as playing an integral part in the continued development of the growth,  culture and technical competence of the team.
