TicketSearch is an exciting world-class web application system for the entertainment sector. Our clients sit across a broad range of industries including entertainment, arts, sporting and education. You will be joining a dynamic team who collectively have decade of experience in the events industry, and a very deep understanding of the world class entertainment system requirements of hundreds of venues around Australia.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a WEB & GRAPHICS DESIGNER (Senior level) to take ownership of the design requirements of our project, inject best practice into the design structure and lead the day-to day delivery of interaction design tasks.
While we're initially looking for a replacement for our permanent Graphics Designer, it's possible to extend the contract for a longer term. Working alongside developers, this role will require you to design new layouts and screens for complex functions as well as redesign existing screens.
You will need to be innovative in your work, putting the overall user experience first and foremost and advise on required changes.
ABOUT YOU
You will need to possess the following skills:
- Strong HTML and CSS skills (With the ability to examine complex code and implement design changes as required)
- Proficiency in ‘Visual Studio Code’ or similar software
- Strong Graphic design skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and ability to code accordingly.
- Thorough understanding of digital technologies and trends
- Strong understanding of UX design and ability to focus on user centred design methodologies and techniques
- Sound understanding of JS
