About the role
The Business Coach / Area Manager role exists to deliver three main objectives;
- Coach local businesses in your community to success.
- Support your area's franchise candidates through their decision-making process.
- Support new franchisees in the State through their initial establishment phase.

- You absolutely love meaningful work.
- You connect easily and naturally nurture strong relationships.
- You have a 1st hand knowledge of small business.
- Confident and skilled at communicating 1-on-1 and to groups.

- A minimum of 3 years in a business development role.
