Kelly services is seeking to engage with an experienced Receptionist for one of our government based clients in Homebush. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team. As the 'face' of the company the primary role is presenting a positive and professional experience to our customers, team and suppliers and will be involved in all aspects of customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front desk man agement

  • Switchboard management

  • Responsible for client 'Meet & Greet' reception procedure

  • Provide high level administrative support the to the team

  • Updating and maintaining systems/databases, portfolio records for clients, photocopying, scanning, filing and processing documents in a timely and receptive manner

Criteria for Selection:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Database maintenance experience

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
