Job tasks and responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties
With strong customer service skills:
- deal with day-to-day client enquiries;
- deal with face to face client orders and enquiries at Trade fairs in Australia and New Zealand;
- deal with other day to day office duties as required.
With strong administrative skills:
- undertake data entry and other administrative duties as required.
Skills and experience
Required:
- Well-presented and a high level of professionalism;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and be comfortable to learn new systems;
- Enthusiastic team player, willing to work above and beyond;
- Passionate about making things run smoothly and efficiently;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
- Good time management and ability to work in fast paced environment;
- Ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines.
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous office administration experience preferably in a small/medium business environment,
