Your new company

Your new role

Reporting to the office manager, you will be the face of the business and will be the first point of contact for all clients and customers. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • You’ll provide impeccable customer service to all clients and customers using email, fax or phone in a consistent and timely manner.
  • You will follow up all customer queries or concerns regarding the business and provide customers with additional support when required.
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Diary and meeting room management
  • Assist with the organisation of events and seminars
  • Your primary responsibility is to ensure all customers have a positive experience with the agency.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 1-2 years in a previous receptionist position is essential for your success in this role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • A successful candidate will possess problem solving skills, a high level of computer literacy and the willingness to learn.
  • Your positive attitude and your ability to prioritise and multitask duties will help define your future with the company.
  • Microsoft office and Outlook calendar proficiency.
  • You’ll need the ability to make customer needs a priority.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
