We seek an an expereinced Personal Assistant to join one of our team's based in Milton. This is a permanent position with a car park provided.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and management team. You will be the ‘go to’ person for the wider team and provide support.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage and prioritise incoming and outgoing correspondence, email and phone calls
  • Effective diary management and scheduling
  • Management and compilation of reporting documentation
  • Document preparation and presentation
  • Update and maintain contacts and relationships both internal and external to the organisation
  • Organise meetings, functions and conferences as required for internal and external parties
  • Coordination of meetings and travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Assistance with preparation of tenders and proposals
  • Provision of administrative support across the business

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager
  • Advanced MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and be decisive
  • Resilience, unflappable personalities
  • Naturally organised
