On behalf of our client, an ASX listed Oil and Gas company, we are looking for a Team Assistant to join the business and support a team of General Managers within Gas. This role is a newly created Team Assistant role due to the spread support across multiple managers.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, who can work in a fast paced and busy working environment and is a strong communicator with senior management. Working closely with a the TAs and EAs across the business, this role will be a significant role within the support function.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management for the General Manager of Marketing and the 4 other GMs under Gas.
- Complex travel booking for domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and car hire.
- Manage expenses, credit card reconciliations, petty cash and approvals for the wider team.
- Inbox management for the GM of Marketing, flagging, replying and delegating to suit each manager.
- On-boarding new hires and integrating into the team, ensuring a smooth set up and train on the necessary systems.
- Producing reports and documentation for the GMs.
- PowerPoint presentations, creating, formatting and putting into meeting packs.
- Working closely with the EAs across the wider business.
