About the role:

You will be working closely with the Practice and Studio Managers and be across all aspects of office management and business support.

Your day-to-day would include managing the overall administrative function, assisting on projects and being a key point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.

Key duties:

  • Day-to-day running of the practice
  • Promoting the culture
  • Recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Facilities management and contract negotiation
  • Compliance: WH&S, access and security

You will need previous 5+ years of office management experience:

  • Creating and implementing organisational procedures
  • Managing staff: hiring, onboarding and training
  • Assisting with companywide projects and initiatives
