About the role:
You will be working closely with the Practice and Studio Managers and be across all aspects of office management and business support.

Your day-to-day would include managing the overall administrative function, assisting on projects and being a key point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.
Key duties:
- Day-to-day running of the practice
- Promoting the culture
- Recruitment, onboarding and training
- Facilities management and contract negotiation
- Compliance: WH&S, access and security
You will need previous 5+ years of office management experience:
- Creating and implementing organisational procedures
- Managing staff: hiring, onboarding and training
- Assisting with companywide projects and initiatives
