Knox Mitsubishi is an established and respected automotive business part of the AHG, Australia’s largest automotive group. Our impressive indoor showroom is the largest in Victoria. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fleet/Delivery Coordinator to join the Knox MitsubishiTeam. This role will be required to provide ongoing  to the sales team in delivering our valued customers vehicles.
  
Duties will include but not limited to:

• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Coordinating new car deliveries from preparation to delivery
• Maintain contact with fleet companies and customers awaiting their new vehicle delivery
• Coordinate delivery dates with the Sales & Pre Delivery teams
• Making sure the vehicle is presented well upon collection
• Prepare relevant documents needed.
• Registering motor vehicles

  
The successful applicant will possess:

• Previous dealership experience is preferred
• Strong administration experience is essential
• Passionate about providing great customer service
• Excellent communicational skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate high level of time management and working to deadlines
• Fast learner is a must
• Ability to work well with fellow colleagues
• VicRoads online experience would be a bonus!
