The business is well established and highly recognised in its field of specialty with a strong referral network and exceptional clients.
As EA you will report to the CEO of the firm and also have eyes on 3 additional Senior Lawyers who manage some of the firm's top clients.
Whilst this is a law firm you will not be required to undertake significant legal duties as there is a team in place to do so.
The role is more diary and work management along with building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's day.
Where this role differs from the traditional EA position is in the marketing aspect.
The firm is looking for someone with a good grasp of technology who can boost their digital profile as well as enabling greater contact with potential and existing clients.
Content may include pitches to potential clients, invitations to event days, updates on any changes to laws affecting clients as well as regular updates to keep the firm in the clients mind eye.
The CEO is open, friendly with a lot of energy and the company boasts a similar culture.
Personality wise we are looking for someone who wants to really sink their teeth in to the role and can see the potential in the business and help the drive towards achieving it.
This is a new role so a great opportunity to put your own stamp on it and grow with the business.
The salary is expected to be between $75-80k plus super and is available now.
