About the Company:

You will have excellent opportunity to work with one of the Market leader in the delivery of its products and services, as articulated in its strategic plans. You will work within their phone based Customer service and QA who aimed to provide the best outcomes for the company and the customer's needs. The role would ideally suit someone who has commercial contact centre experience and who wants to turn it into a rewarding long term and rapid career progression.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from existing and prospect Commercial customers, and managing all facets of their account. The role is based on a 3 weeks rotating roster between 6 AM and 10, Monday to Sunday, 1 weekend off.

Key Responsibilities:

The duties of this role include:

  • Real-time monitoring of auto-dispatch
  • Customer contact when auto-dispatch is unable to deliver appropriate assistance within the designated time
  • Coordinate the service provider movements across designated operational (geographic) areas to ensure appropriate resources-to-workload ratios
  • Provision of support to Service Providers with respect to problem solving and information
  • Performs other duties as required from time to time
  • Provide specialised Dispatching feedback and tips where tasks are typically unique to the department of the division supported.
  • Resolution and management of customer feedback, complaints and commendations in a timely manner

Our successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in Customer Contact Centre
  • Willingness to learn• Previous dispatch related experience is not necessary
  • Good geographic knowledge
  • Experience in using computer based systems
  • High level of interpersonal and problem solving skills, particularly via the medium of the telephone
  • Ability to multi task whilst being mindful of set timeframes and results
  • Ability to clearly communicate and coach other team members
