We are seeking an experienced Netball coach to coach individuals and sporting teams/squads. This role will develop and implement individual and team specific training sessions and programs for the Kambala Netball teams taking part in the IGSSA competition in term 3 of the school year.

You will be required to attend all team games held on Saturday mornings and hold a minimum of 1 training sessions for students during the week in the morning or afternoon. The position will be coaching Senior 1st level netball teams.

The successful applicant will:

• provide individual and group instruction in preparation for competition
• liaise effectively with relevant staff at Kambala
• deliver high performance coaching services to the netball teams
• develop and implement periodised training plans and Individual Performance Plans (IPP) for each athlete highlighting their individual development needs and review regularly

We are looking for coaches who:

• is an accredited coach or has had a minimum of 2 years coaching/playing experience
• can demonstrate excellent interpersonal
• can think laterally, is innovative and can identify and implement improved coaching practices
• can develop and maintain positive work relationships, liaise with a range of stakeholders
• has the ability to engage students and inspire them to obtain the best results
• hold a current coaching accreditation (preferable)
• will actively support the ethos of this Anglican Independent School
• will have a commitment to ongoing professional learning
