Sports Supplement Retail Sales Position – Genesis Nutrition Gold Coast
Genesis.com.au is a Health and Fitness Nutritional Supplement Business focused on providing quality advice and products to assist people in achieving their goals – whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, endurance or general health we have the tools and the experience to help!
We have recently expanded and have an opening for a role in our business working in Retail Supplement Sales.
Key Requirements:
- A keen interest in the fitness, health and nutrition sector. We're looking for someone as equally passionate about changing others lives for the better. Attitude is everything when joining team Genesis!
- You're self-motivated, positive and upbeat. You're flexible and ready to work a mix of weekdays and weekends if needed. This role will involve potentially working in all 3 of our Gold Coast locations so you need to have a reliable form of transport and enjoy a varied workload.
- You have an extremely good work ethic. This is a rapidly growing business and our team culture reflects this. We get stuck in and get the job done, our customers come first and we work very hard to ensure that everyone has a great experience with our business.
- You need a "love to sell" attitude and possess an eagerness to learn. Previous experience in this industry is not necessary but a genuine interest in Sports, Nutrition, and Healthy Living are a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Performance through effective achievement of Key Performance Indicators – Exceeding Daily and Monthly Sales Targets.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to absorb product detail is essential. We provide ongoing support to our customers with any product queries so its important that you can get up to speed on a large range of products.
- Assistance in processing web sales, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely delivery. We are one of Australia's largest online retailers of sports nutrition products and phone-based customer contact is a key part of our business. Full training in this area is provided but it is expected that your sales ability and communication skills are not limited to only face to face retail.
