About The Role:
Healthy Fit is looking for a motivated & experienced Personal Trainer/Assistant Manager to join our team in Fitzroy North.

Position Summary:
As Personal Trainer/Assistant Manager, you'll be accountable for supporting the Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Club.
The position provides key assistance to the Club Manager to drive sales and profitability and ensure a continued high standard of service is provided to customers

Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct personal and small group training sessions for clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction, sales and membership retention
- Manage staff including recruitment, training, induction & rosters
- Contribute to marketing & promotions + business development
- Ensure health & safety, maintenance and hygiene standards are met
- Prepare and present operational and management reports
What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in PT and small group training
- Proven management experience
- Strength and conditioning coaching experience
- Experience working with a range of ages and abilities (inc rehab)
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Able to work with and without direct supervision and in a team
- Available to work a flexible roster over the week/weekend
- Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and/or tertiary qualifications
