The Company
The company is a privately owned dairy farm based in East Gippsland, VIC Australia. Milking a herd of over 8000, our operation is run across three 'Hubs', each of which is headed by a Dairy Hub Manager. We are an organisation who recognises the excellent opportunities presented to both the Dairy industry and our employees of operating a Dairy farm of this size and we seek to differentiate ourselves in the industry as a result of our efficiencies of scale and leading edge practices.
The Position
We are currently seeking a Dairy Hub Manager to oversee daily operations of various functions including Rostering, Managing Processes, and the day to day operations of the Dairies.
The position is based in Gippsland, Victoria so the successful candidate must be willing to relocate to the area.
This position works on a rotating roster basis 6 days on and 2 days off.

A bachelor degree in agricultural and/or animal husbandry related qualification is required. Alternatively, equivalent skilled experience necessary of no less than five years.
