A recently won tender has begun the exciting expansion of our operations in New South Wales.
As we increase our service capacity, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to lead and supervise a team of dedicated, compassionate Customer Service Officers (CSOs) across both our Port Macquarie and Kempsey locations.
In the initial stage, the role will develop and implement procedures and systems to ensure high quality services are delivered to customers in person and over the phone. Ongoing tasks will include:
- Supervising CSOs including ensuring they have accurate and adequate knowledge and information about CHL services and those available through partner agencies
- Ensuring CSOs provide all required administrative support to the tenancy, housing options and support coordination teams
- Providing administrative and logistical support to senior staff to maintain successful relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
- Reporting on customer service activities
