You will need:

• You must have flexible availability to fit around our rosters (including mornings, afternoons, nights, split shifts, sleep overs, short shifts).
• Experience working independently to provide one on one support for extended periods.
• Confidence working in unfamiliar environments.
• Supporting people with sometimes challenging behaviour.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Enthusiasm, adaptability and can do attitude.
• Experience at collaborating with others to deliver outcomes.
• Commitment to uphold the human rights of the people we support.

What we require:

• Full working rights, no restrictions.

• 1 year's minimum experience of working within disability programs and/or services.
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 12 months.
• First Aid Certification.
• Australian Driving license.
