Growth and demand for additional services to support people with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and intellectual disability means that Nextt now offers a new opportunity for an experienced Support Co-ordinator based in Camberwell.
This new role will provide support co-ordination in a number of complex areas including youth justice, child protection and mental health. This is an opportunity to meet the challenges of co-ordinating support for a group of complex individuals with NDIS funding guiding them to work towards individual goals and to get more out of life.

As well as your commitment and resilience, the role requirements are
- Clear National Police check issued within the last 12 months
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian drivers licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Qualifications and experience in Disability and Mental Health Services
- Experience working with individuals and families with complex needs
- Knowledge of NDIS an disability services would be an advantage
- Passion and commitment to provide services for those with a disability and/or mental illness
- A good sense of humour and team spirit
- The right to work in Australia
