About the role
* Provide Support to individuals, across different levels of care in various ways with integrity and understanding.
* Help our clients with aspects of their daily life. Such as, Personal Care, Meal Preperation, Appointments, Transport, Shopping, House Cleaning.
* Work across a variety of different suburbs close to home
* Represent the company CGN Home Care Pty Ltd, with Enthusiasm and Pride all while implementing our 3 core values, Caring Giving Nurturing.
* Effective Communication skills are essential for this role
* Good Prioritisation and Organisational skills
* Good Time Management skills
* Strong Interpersonal skills and Empathy will be found in the right candidate

Skills and experience
* At least a certificate iii in individual support (Aged Care or Disability)
* Must have a Working with Children's Check
* Must have a National Criminal check
* Must hold a First Aid and CPR Certifications
* Must hold a clean unrestricted Australian Driver's License and have your own fully ensured motor vehicle
