The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available working from our Cowra site for a Full Time Recruitment Consultant who is enthusiastic and passionate about empowering jobseekers to find employment.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Recruitment Consultant works with local employers to meet their workforce needs and match our clients to the right job.

We Need

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with pressure and adverse situations
• Performance driven with proven ability to meet individual and team KPI’s
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients and employers
• Basic understanding of the principles of group facilitation
• Proven ability to identify, pitch and secure new business
• High level presentation, negotiation and objection handling skills
• Demonstrated administration and technological skills ,including record management and computer use
• Current and valid driver’s licence
