Providing specialist services within the community, this long-standing, not-for-profit organisation continues to expand and develop its' programs.

You will be in a key role, leading and mentoring a dynamic Marketing & Communications team in-order to deliver high quality brand development and income generating campaigns.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Oversee planning, delivering and management of all marketing and internal communications
• Guide and foster talent within the marketing and communications team
• Actively seek and secure funding through the application of tenders and grants to grow the business.
• Oversee the grant and tender pipeline through to delivery
• Develop and deliver a partnership program in collaboration with GM of Business Development
• Continued analysis and reporting on trends, campaign progress and strategic initiatives

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Demonstrated relevant experience in equivalent role
• Experience creating and delivering  successful submission for grants, funding application and tenders.
• Ability to bring innovative ideas/strategies, problem solve and promote quality assurance
• Be a self starter and the ability to multitask multiple deadlines.
• Proven experience building relationships with a range of external stakeholders
• Experience in the not for profit sector (desirable).
