A fantastic candidate for this role will be a passionate Early Childhood teaching proffesional with the support of children as their main priority. They will become immersed in leading the centre assuring parents that their childs best interests are kept at heart and live to equip their children with the tools that will ensure a positive and bright future.

A great ECT will ensure and implement relevant programs to children in accordance with the guidelines that are outlined in the early learning framework.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Assess children’s learning and development and apply pedagogical expertise to

· inform curriculum decisions

· Maintain and apply expert knowledge of the National Quality Framework

· Seek and share best practice examples to improve educational program

· Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families and children

· Model effective application of pedagogy in teaching practice

The ideal candidate will have:

· Hold a Bachelor of Education/Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification deeming you as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

· Hold Teachers Registration for WA

· Hold a current First Aid qualification

· Experience working with vulnerable families is desirable
