The opportunity
- Have great variety and exposure in your day to a range of certification programs across multiple business lines
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of ISO 9001:2015 and the National Standards for Disability Services, Department of Jobs and Small Business Quality framework and ASQA accreditation requirements
- Support the Quality and Compliance framework and any associated risk strategies
- Conduct audits and provide reporting on audit findings with a view to continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach staff in relation to understanding specific compliance requirements within the framework
About you
- Experience in audit and risk mitigation programs
- Previous Quality Assurance and Internal auditing experience
- ISO or Lead Auditor accreditation is desirable
- Ideally experience with RTO's and ASQA accreditation requirements
- Experience in policy development and being able to align to operational processes
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including Occupational Health and Safety, Privacy and Freedom of Information and EEO
- Diligent, outcome focused and motivated to achieve great results
