HYDAC, a major multi-national hydraulic components & systems manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Technical Training Officer to join our Melbourne Training Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a "hands-on" role which requires a person with a high level of technical expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to Educate existing distributors, end users, EPCM's and OEM's in the latest Fluid Power Technology. HYDAC currently offers 10 training courses from Basic Hydraulics 1 to advanced Electro-Proportional Control, Hydraulic System Cleanliness and Practical Hydraulics to a National Recognition. You will join a dedicated team of Trainers who operate under a formalized Training process. You will have extensive technical support and up to date training in the latest application and engineering that will give you a competitive advantage.
Conduct Local and In-Field Training
Require to Offer Training Needs Analysis & Formal Assessments
Network with other training institutes and Authorities
CANDIDATE
Your background will ideally include knowledge of the fluid power sector with experience in all industrial markets. You will be motivated, autonomous and driven by a passion to be technical. You are required to have a High degree of computer literacy skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You will have excellent communication, presentation & behavioural skills. Your understanding of customer needs, attention to detail and proven leadership skills will ensure your success in the role. A background in Mechanical & Technical trades within hydraulics or motion control is preferred.
