The Centre
anzuk Education are proud to be working with this Beautiful service close to Melbourne's CBD. This innovative service has an incredibly supportive management team has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located close to public transport, the Centre is very well resourced and incorporates natural materials. 

The opportunity
As the Centre's Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre as well as mentor, coach and lead your team of educators. While you will have autonomy in your role, you will be offered plenty of support as well as ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities. Drawing on your extensive experience and passion for the early childhood sector. You'll oversee staffing, policy and regulations as well as develop long lasting relationships with parents and the local community while ensuring that the centre is providing the highest calibre of care. You will be offered an excellent remuneration which will include on site parking. 

The Candidate 
You will be passionate and driven with several years experience as a Director at a similar sized service and an excellent track record. You will also present with excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies. 
 
Suitable applicants must have:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
• Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
• WWCC
• Right to work in Australia
• A minimum 3 to 4 years experience as a Centre manager.
