We are looking for experienced, energetic and collaborative Assistants to join our team at Melbourne Montessori School as a Casual Relief Assistant. We are seeking Assistants to work with children aged 2-6 years old, who have a passion for engaging students and supporting their learning.
You will assist in classes, with mixed age groups of children aged from 2 years up to 6 years old.
You will assist in guiding and directing the children in a prepared environment that challenges each child to reach his or her fullest potential in accordance with the Montessori philosophy, while utilising your experience and working as part of a supportive team.

- A vibrant school community, approximately 400 students and 60 staff across two campuses

You are:
- Experienced Assistant within Early Childhood and working with children from 2 years of age
- Ideally Montessori trained or had exposure
- Focused on working as part of a team
- Able to demonstrate highly developed communication and collaboration skills
- Experienced with behaviour management
- Energetic with a positive demeanour
- Assistant qualifications with Diploma level (recognised by ACECQA)
- Will require current WWCC & National Police Check
