GOTAFE has a great opportunity for qualified and passionate Trainer and Assessors to join our Education Support (Schools) & Early Childhood Education & Care and team. There is the flexibility to vary your hours and location of work according to your needs in negotiation with the Institute.
You will be required to undertake all administrative tasks relating to the delivery and assessment of training. Excellent written and oral communication skills and a customer centric approach are essential as is the ability to manage a busy workload.
As the successful candidate you must have:
- A Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 with new credential requirements TAE ASS502 and TAELLN411)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications - minimum of Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, desired Bachelor of Childhood Education for Early Childhood Education and Care
- Relevant tertiary qualifications minimum of Certificate IV Education Support, desired Bachelor of Education - Primary/Secondary School for Education Support (Schools)
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years recent experience in industry
- Education Support (Schools) role requires at least 3 - 5 years of industry experience in the classroom as a Teacher or Education Support
- Sound knowledge of current industry standards
- A Working with Children Check and Police Check (or currently applying)
- Valid Driver's License
Outstanding customer service, along with a professional approach is essential.
