Step Ahead Coaching is currently looking for friendly, dedicated individuals to join our growing teaching team. If you have a love for teaching and enjoy working in small groups with students, then we would love to hear from you.
We are currently looking for Primary Teachers in Mathematics and English as well as Secondary English Teachers.

Job openings:
- Primary Tutor/s
- Teaching regular weekly classes throughout the academic term
- Ongoing monitoring of student's academic progress through marking of short weekly quizzes
- Providing feedback to students on their progress
- Build relationships with parents and provide ongoing feedback.
- Maintaining up to date reporting on student progress on a weekly basis
2. High School Mathematics Tutor
- Teaching regular weekly classes throughout the academic term
- Ongoing monitoring of student's academic progress through marking of short weekly quizzes.
- Providing feedback to students on their progress
- Build relationships with parents and provide ongoing feedback.
- Maintaining up to date reporting on student progress on a weekly basis
You will be expected to take an initiative
You will be expected to work as part of a team and work independently.
A successful candidate will have:
- Passion for teaching and passion for supporting colleagues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Masters degree will be highly regarded
- Current studies in Education or Psychology will be highly regarded (for primary role)
- Band 6 in Mathematics, Extension 1 & 2 will be highly regarded (For mathematics role)
- Small class teaching experience
- Current working with Children Check
Additional Information
Must own or have access to a regular car and a current Australian driver's license.

Our Centres are open
- Monday to Friday from 3:30pm till 9pm
- Saturdays from 9am till 7:00pm
Days available are flexible and we are happy to work around your commitments.
Positions available for Term 3 2018. Training will be provided.
