Learning and Development Coordinator

Mind is looking for an innovative and dynamic Learning & Development Consultant to join our Clinical Practice and Quality Division on a part time basis. This division aims to develop a capable, confident and collaborative workforce by integrating lived experience, practice wisdom and latest research into quality services that help people gain better mental health and improve the quality of their lives.
The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator is primarily responsible for efficient administrative support of learning activities organised by the Learning and Development team. The L&D team is responsible for supporting Mind’s workforce through coordinating a comprehensive learning calendar, developing and delivering practice skills training and managing learning projects.
In this role you will:
- work 3 days per week on fixed term contract
- be responsible for efficient administrative support of learning activities organised by the L&D team
- administer the learning management system and related activities
- contribute to the implementation of the L&D team plan
You will have:
- demonstrated ability to coordinate learning activities and events
- experience in the management and use of databases and learning management systems
- ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet datelines
- highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility, resilience, creativity, proactivity and a positive “can do” approach
- proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of software: Word, Outlook, Excel, Power-point
