The University of Canberra is seeking a Mail & Warehouse Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of customer focused mail and warehouse services which support University staff and operations.
Reporting to the Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator, you will be required to receive, sort and deliver warehouse and mail which include account keeping and reporting. This role will see you liaise with suppliers and external service providers to ensure the quality is not compromised. As a customer focused individual, you will identify and respond swiftly to enquiries and issues that arise.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a similar capacity and have a strong focus in customer service. As a results focused individual, you must demonstrate your ability to build and maintain relationships with various levels of stakeholders and the community. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills are also essential.
