Illawarra Coatings manufactures a range of Waterbased and Solventfree Epoxy Coatings, Penetrating Sealers, Concrete Densifiers and UV Cured Coatings.
Due to continued growth and increase in demand, we are seeking to employ a Process Worker to join the team at our Appin manufacturing facility.
To be successful you must have the following experience/attributes;
•Solid work history within a production environment
•Manual handling experience with Safety focus at all times
•High work ethics and self-discipline
•Experience in repetitive process work with the ability to lift up to 25kg
•The ability to work unsupervised following initial training
•Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written/verbal communication skills
•A valid forklift license is essential for this position
Duties include (but not limited to);
•Warehousing operations including strapping and wrapping of product for delivery
•Problem solving and troubleshooting
•Meeting daily production targets
•Completing batch card documentation and administration requirements
•Mixing/blending operations
•Working in accordance with the manufacturing spec and batch card requirements
This is a full time permanent role following a satisfactory probation period and a salary package commensurate with experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Your own transport is required as our facility is not easily accessible via public transport.
