As the Fleet Support Manager…

You will be responsible for leading a small team of Fleet Support team members to deliver our fleet support services.

Your days will be filled with....

• Managing delivery of fleet support services including fuel, tolls, vehicle re-registrations, infringements, compulsory third party insurance, inspections, roadside assistance and vehicle transport.
• Training and coaching the team
• Reporting on customer requests on behalf of or via other teams 
• Assisting the team in managing activities and inboxes
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and regulatory authorities through regular communication.

What are we looking for?

• Energy, enthusiasm, a real focus on people leadership, coaching and customer relationship management.
• Certificate or Diploma level in Business related discipline (desirable)
• Fleet management experience and knowledge of products, services, systems and processes would be advantagous
• Consistently driven to take responsibility for high quality work, show innovation and real gumption when it comes to developing the services offered.
• You will be customer service driven with solid negotiation and communication skills
