Our company is a well established General Sales & Service Agency (GSSA) located at Sydney Airport, Mascot. We represent the freight interests of major International Airlines operating in/out of Australia. We offer a great team environment, career focussed training and personal development.

On-site training will be provided and may include interstate or overseas travel

Must be permanent resident with valid Passport

Must pass Aviation Security Identification Card screening by Federal Police

Flexibility to assist with weekend day work and after hours coverage.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Job Functions include:

  • Becoming an integral part of our Customer Service, Operational & Sales departments

  • Accounts and data entry

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Assist with internal tele-sales
  • General administration
  • Airline Cargo operations including bookings and load planning

Skills and experience

Essential for the role:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Team player and enthusiasm to develop your skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Applicants with airline air freight experience required.
  • Tertiary education in office skills would be highly desired.
  • Experience with web based systems, Microsoft tools and experience in airline systems would be an advantage.
