We are seeking a Consultant to join the team that supports dealership improvement of warranty and sales processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys extensive travel and has worked in Automotive Dealerships.
About the position:
The purpose of this position is to support one of our automotive brands improve their processes by conducting dealer audits. You will identify and assist with improved behaviours, through education of warranty best practice.
This autonomous role involves supporting the Dealer network with auditing and coaching dealerships with their processes and procedures in order to increase productivity and efficiency, whilst maintaining brand standards.
About you:
You enjoy travelling and interacting with Dealership personnel. You are currently working with automotive warranty on a daily basis. You have a natural ability to communicate and coach people and work autonomously. You will understand all the processes involved in undertaking dealership audits. You will also have relevant business qualifications.
To be considered for this role it is ideal that you have automotive dealership experience, and product and process knowledge, you must take pride in your presentation and have excellent communication skills.
