About the Opportunity

Our new Anglicare Corporate Services function has been designed to support and strengthen our Client Service teams. As a result, we have a number of new management and professional opportunities across four departments (Organisational Development, Governance, Risk & Assurance, ICT, Finance).

The Department & Role

Governance, Risk & Assurance is a new Department responsible for positioning Anglicare to be in step with progressive reforms and advancing clinical and care excellence through governance, strategic research, quality assurance and risk management.

Reporting to the Assurance & Risk Lead (new position), the Clinical Benchmarking Analyst is a content expert responsible for data analysis and reporting to support a multidisciplinary group and stakeholders; for forecasting, reporting on trends, variations, and system improvements. This work supports – proactive risk management, effectiveness of the clinical and care governance framework, enhanced client outcomes.

The position is also responsible for user training and support in relation to the Quality, Risk & Safety System for enhanced utilisation of the system.

About You

  • Experienced data analyst/professional with contemporary methodologies
  • Highly skilled in database extraction tools resulting in the manipulation and analysis of data using disparate platforms/sources
  • Demonstrated experience and technical knowledge utilising Riskman software or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in designing performance reports and trend analysis
  • Experienced in use of statistical software and/or BI tools and advanced MS Suite proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • High level communication skills (verbal, written) and ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver training and support
  • Effective self-managed performer who exercises initiative
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).
