The Organisation:
This large commercial organisation is transforming their approach to corporate services. This is an opportunity to join a transformation program reforming a wide range of corporate functions over the next few years.
The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to join this project stream at inception stage where you play a key role in the review of existing processes, and then the design and delivery of the solution. Therefore if you are passionate about design thinking, and love building holistic models using an architectural approach to business process mapping, this is a great role for you.
The Role:
One of these roles will be focussed on HR services, the other will work across multiple project areas as a Business Analyst. You will review capabilities and business processes in the business area, map out user requirements, define ‘the gap’ and work on the design of a solution that aligns capability and function.
The Person:
You are an experienced BA or process design specialist with
- An architectural approach to business process mapping - you are interested in capturing holistic models that capture the work ecosystem. You ‘get’ business process architecture
- Effective business process modeller and demonstrated ability to deliver practical, well thought out process models
- Interested in business and operating models, product plans, and you are a creative thinker - you think outside the box
- Strong verbal communication skills - A strong track record working closely with business stakeholders and ability to elicit information and create engagement
- A passion for design thinking (i.e. idea generation, prototyping, delivery), service models, and willingness to try new things
The Rate:
$85 - $110/hr + Super (or equivalent rate through a company structure)
