About the business and the role

Artefact is one of Sydney's success stories. Just seven years since launching the brand we are a market leader with a diverse range of clients across a continually expanding portfolio of projects. Committed to making a difference, we provide heritage services and advice to some of Sydney's highest profile projects.

None of this would be possible without our close-knit team of  talented consultants – and that needs to grow again as a result of increased business opportunities.

If you value being part of a close-knit team, love the challenges of working on a range of projects and the learning opportunities that come with that, and are serious about building your career, then you're just the person we are looking for!

Artefact's core values are at the heart of everything we do, so if you come on board, this is what you can expect:

  • Think deeply, act bravely – We dare to find creative solutions that go against the flow.
  • Say what you mean, mean what you say – We communicate honestly, with heart, as soon as the need arises.
  • Work as a team, play as a team - We support each other to flourish…and have fun along the way!
  • We are all in this together – Our team is bigger than just us. We treat our clients and stakeholders with the same care and respect as we treat each other.
  • Always give your best, otherwise what's the point? – We do our best work as standard, down to every detail.
  • Bring life to work – We bring our individual passion and purpose to work so we stay true to who we are.
