A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to ensure our clients 40+ store locations are strategically located to best serve their blind and vision impaired customers. The primary objective of this role is to assist in implementing a strategy to ensure the discreet refurbishment and/or relocation of each store. That all 40+ sites across Australia are being well managed, are delivering both growth, sustainability and located to best suit the specific operations in each area.

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

• Develop a comprehensive Project Management plan and strategy for each individual refurbishment/relocation
• Engage, present and advise to key stakeholders your analyses of: work schedules, budget and costing as well as developing and communicating the risk and resource plan/s
• Ensure all documents and information is delivered for tenders and evaluations
• Working on OH&S through staff training, instruction and risk management
• Adhoc duties as required by the Property Portfolio Manager

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager for refurbishment/re-locations
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
• Able to articulate and influence key stakeholders your concepts and plans
• Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills
• Experience working on projects ranging from $200k - $3m
• An understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act and the Workplace Health & Safety

As there are over 40 different sites across Australia all requiring their own separate consultation and management, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment while working autonomously. You will succeed by applying a pragmatic and strategic approach across the organisation.
