We are currently seeking a talented Analytics Consultant to join our growing team of professional consultants.
The role
You’ll be working as part of a diverse professional services team, including fellow BI specialists, to assist our clients to visualise, interpret and engage with their data to achieve their organisational goals. Our clients are diverse, so there will always be new projects and challenges to keep you engaged and growing professionally. You’ll be enabled through the use of powerful BI tools and we provide full training in our products.
About you
- You’re passionate about helping clients to harness the power of their data to achieve their goals
- You’re a people person – you recognise that as an analytics consultant you need to work collaboratively with clients to understand the outcomes they are seeking and provide tailored, high value solutions. So skills in business analysis as it relates to business intelligence and reporting would be desirable.
- You’re well presented and professional with exceptional communication skills, including to non-technical audiences
- You have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering high quality work within project deadlines
- You have at least 5 years experience in a similar role and either a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or vocational experience in an equivalent field.
- You’re experienced with data visualisation and interactive reporting platforms (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik) and have programming/scripting experience (e.g. Python, SQL, R, JavaScript)
- You have experience and knowledge in complementary domains, such as cloud environments, business rules engines, and ETL processes
- You’re capable of data architecture and schema development design.
