As a Team Manager you will be an ambassador of Louis Vuitton. You will take ownership of the business, develop and lead teams, foster client relationships, be strategically agile to drive strong sales results and ensure the highest level of client service is delivered.

A day in the life of a Team Manager is never the same but will entail:

Team Management and Development
• Managing and motivating the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers
• Identifying and developing your team to ensure long term secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Setting individual and team goals to support the team and drive success

Client and Business Development
• Establishing a Client-centric mindset through your team, leveraging a variety of tools in store to ensure the highest level of Client experience
• Inspiring the team daily on corporate strategy and relevant business information (animate morning briefings, training)
• Putting in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation

Selling and Floor Management
• Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and role model to support to the team in their own achievements

Operations
• Ensure policies, Brand standards and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented
• Support with operations and workforce planning as required
 

To be successful in this role

You must possess strong people management skills gained within a high profile luxury retail brand, commercial acumen and the ability to drive results through your team, world class customer service skills and the desire to continuously strive to exceed our client's expectations.
