We are looking for a skilled retail person, for our Member Services Experience Centre area in Forestdale. The correct candidate will have experienced in running a small retail environment, has an eye for detail and can work autonomously in a fast paced environment.  The correct persons will have good communication skills and will be able to coordinate the flow of product from our warehouse area to the Member Services Experience Centre.  This person will also need to be well presented as they will be the face to face contact with our customers and will be used in our Administration department outside of any product pickup/ retail duties. 

The role includes a combination of Customer service roles and Operational support:

Customer Service

  • Managing Bookings and and maintenance of our Training Room.
  • Responding to customer service emails .
  • Maintain cleanliness of product display and replenish display stock as required.
  • Manage returns.
  • Meet KPI's as set by relevant manager.  
  •  

Operations

  • Quality check on products as per Operational requirements. (this can include verifying expiry dates on products, review product quality, check if diffusers are damage).
  • Verify cycle counts
  • Re-Labelling products (ad-hoc)
  • Rework of kits (ad-hoc)
  • Some heavy lifting is involved and the right person must be able to stand for long periods of time.  

The role also requires skills in stock receiving and replenishing and the successful applicant will also need to liaise with our customer service and inventory departments.

We are looking for personality who will be the face of our product area.

Hours of operation are 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm Saturdays. 

 

Requirements

2 yrs. small retail experience.

Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.

Willing to perform administration duties when the need arises.

Talk with existing customers by phone or in person while recommending additional Young Living products and services for purchase

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Experience in inventory and stock management
