We currently have an opportunity to join the Chanel Promotions Team, this is an elite position, working across various locations / counters within the Brisbane and surrounding area's. This will see you working as a Promotional Consultant leading & delivering luxurious events. This role offer's 25 - 30 hours a week.

In order to be successful, you will be an enthusiastic communicator who is passionate about the cosmetics and beauty industry, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driven to achieve strong business results.

Your primary responsibilities will include,

  • Selling across the three categories of Fragrance, Makeup and Skincare, including educating customers of the features and benefits of each product.
  • Performing makeovers, completing makeups, skincare consultations and facials for both existing and new customers utilising your excellent product knowledge.
  • Promotion of the Chanel Fragrance and Beauty products, in order to recruit new and potential customers to the brand.
  • Taking ownership of in store events, driving strong sales and business results in each location.
  • Upholding the exceptional in-store experience and store presentation that Chanel is regarded for world wide.

In order to be successful we require candidates to possess the following skills and attributes;

  • Previous experience within the beauty retail industry
  • Demonstrated experience performing makeovers and makeup application with relevant qualifications
  • Strong sales ability and experience in meeting and exceeding targets, KPI's and budgets
  • The ability and flexibility to travel to a range of department stores and boutiques as per the business requirements
  • Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Chanel standards
